Its not only in nursing that there's a wage squeeze. All Sporeans are facing this squeeze

Create another job, "Patient cleaner" so nurses will not require to clean patient's poo poo or bath them but concentrate on medical assistance. That may up the standard of their work.

Use FT for cleaning roles.

FTs can also earn extra by cleaning doctors' and nurses' holes .....
