A GROUP of eight Indian expatriates here for studies or work decided to take a short break in Batam together.

That brief getaway in the last weekend of August was to change things irreversibly for them: Three of them were killed in a pre-dawn accident on the Indonesian island on Sunday when their rental car crashed into a stationary lorry.

Two of them - Mr Rajendran Praveen Nair from India and Mr Akshayrajesh Vohora from Britain, both 22 - were cremated at Mandai on Wednesday, following funeral services held in neighbouring halls.

Mr Nair, whose family is based here, was a game design student at the University of Newcastle through the PSB Academy here. It is not known what Mr Vohora did for a living.

yeah this is good news.

We have so many FTs in Singapore . That FTs can even knock down an FT .
Driver FT and pedestrian FT .
What are the chances as such . Amazing numbers we have .

FTs murdering FTs .

must have crash in a state of drunken stupor...least they wont be hitting their wife or GF anymore

Bad news is... How come so few? ?????

Unfortunately luck rarely comes in big spurts, mostly comes in trickles. Something like how you might win a few starter prizes if you play 4D but would not win toto or 1st prize in 4d.
