Congrats, jjcc88. You still made a profit of near 2k which is almost 12-13x your capital. I am happy that you left RWS with your winning at 11:30PM and not like your previous trips at MBS, likely to continue playing until 4AM and lost everything.
I have not been to RWS for more than 2 months and I missed the Island Delights slot! Personal think that Island Delights slot machines pay better than any MBS 2cts slot machines. Shall pay a visit to RWS this weekend. :p
TQ - you did extremely well with your 15 credit Win (Top Fisherman) too - just wish I could get those 30x multipliers whenever I do the same [or with my more-frequent 75 credit play on a "3credit play" (Jester Play ?)] too ! Somehow my 10 Game options only give me the 10x multipliers many times and hardly the 30x ones
I think so too - that's why my fav slots at RWS are the Island Delight slots
And they are ALWAYS Occupied if I go RWS after work etc - it's ONLY on Fri PM or EARLY AM on Sat/Sun that the chances of finding some unoccupied FK/5K slots there are higher but RWS is 'harder & longer' than MBS in terms of getting there for me
Now that my MBS Levy has expired, I'll probably head down to RWS more often now to make as much of the remaining levy before its expiry in Nov
- but likely only on my Leave days, FRI PMs, or EARLY Sat/Sun mornings or else won't get a chance at the Island Delight selected slots {Sighzzzz ... that means Waking Up even EARLIER than my normal working day timing on weekends with all the travelling that's needed }

On RWS Hotel Stays : have seen the Ads for 50% Off rates for Gold onwards members
Those RWS Hotel Regulars : Pls tell me WHICH RWS Hotel is the 'best and worthwhile staying - what are the PERKS here etc etc etc' - what's the average price paid by members etc etc etc (Is breakfast included ?) What's worth doing there ???
Am deciding whether it's worthwhile to use my vouchers on a Hotel Stay or to use it somewhere else like F&B meals/food etc

'expectations' may play a part too .... while I don't go to the casinos with any high hopes of getting a major JP - I DO at least hope that I'll NOT lose too much [negative expectations ???]
On Fri since I only had less than $150 in wallet and very firm in not doing any ATM WDs if this was lost - to me it was very clearly "just for fun' and ONLY if any of the selected Island Delight slots were unoccupied as my main aim in going RWS was to collect my $100 Birthday Voucher
ie the Slot Play was only 'incidental' or 2nd aim and NOT my main aim
So I guess from now onwards
I should tell myself - I'm going to RWS bc :
- I miss their Bak Kut Teh
- I want to see what promos/games they have
- I want to see where they have now relocated the various slots
- I want to eat the upstairs buffet meals
- I want to test out the Orchid Room slots
- whatever 'excuse'
AND to only bring a BR of not more than $500 or whatever [NO ATM WDs to be done to replenish BR if lost !]
and tell myself : Use ONLY that sum to "test test & see whether it's a Good Lucky Day for me or not" - If not a Good Day/Good Slot Day, just leave after (Or even
before IF I'm extremely disciplined which I'm still not) exhausting that sum
Now that I can play Free Slots online
and with the Initial Kick/euphoria gone (honeymoon over)
I guess it's EASIER to resist crazy long daily hours of slot play (especially if our $$ are getting low - no more such extra $$ to fund BR as in the earlier days)
It IS getting EASIER to control this expensive hobby somewhat
Somehow Less Frequent Visits seem to make more sense now
- can accumulate more BR
- can enjoy it more [may have lucky surprises]
- sense of 'jadedness/frustration' not there ?
