Since the bros are discussing gold-plate redemption at RWS
I just remembered I got the Silver Zodiac Plate from MBS - Prosperity Redemption
IF the date was today 16 Feb onwards would have gotten the Gold Plate
But since it was 15 Feb - it was still the last day for the Silver Plate
Actually what’s the point with these sort of plates - for decor ???

I remember my mom scolding me when I brought back those coins for her from MBS during the Rabbit Year
She said - more rubbish for me to keep clean etc ???
Hmmm I STILL have an unopened can of Lucky Tea from TWG (quite nice with citrus scent) - bought 1 extra that year

BTW - for DFDC at MBS
That weekend when we played - got trigger BOTH the Minor JPs as well as the Door FGs (not all that difficult compared with RWS ?)
My friend was saying - with $100 note - not difficult to see it grow to >$300 at DFDC with $1.90 bet
Only thing is she didn’t Stop & Leave - eventually all Wins also lost in further play ......
(Mine - won $500 then lost before leaving the DFDC slot)

- My Offer Rate room is $129++ per night [for max of 4N] in addition to the 2N Free Rooms

I think this is how it works [NOT dependant on whether Gold, Diamond or Paizza etc] :

- the $99++ Rate Offer should apply to the lowest tier room - the Atrium Garden View

- the $129++ Rate should apply to the Premier Garden View rooms {or our 'Entitled' Room Tier}

What we are offered by MBS - whether Atrium or Premier Garden View rooms or others - all dependant on the 'Grade' allocated by MBS to us - depending on how 'Active' they see us as being in the casino ? {there was a lapse of some 2 months+ in Nov & Dec {I remember late Nov/Dec as I was NOT able to organize a Birthday Hen Party/Staycation at MBS for one of my girlfriends for her Dec birthday...} when MBS stopped giving me free rooms [after being re-activated from my June Birthday Very-Intensive 10k Slot Play/Loss in one weekend] late last year that more-or-less corresponded with my 2-Month Self-Ban from mid/late-Oct to 18 Dec ? - I think it was only after my 18 Dec visit (if not wrong) that I got the SMS on the 2N free room for Jan}

Well I just hope MBS continues awarding me with these monthly 2N Free Premier Rooms EVEN IF I don't visit the casino at every stay as I'll need TIME to accumulate decent funds/cash for my Slot BR {yes my ADT is pretty massive at each visit/session - no less than 3-5-8k or more [errmmm pls don't misunderstand - am not boasting etc just being honest} - so it's only Minimal Compensation for my very substantial losses at the end of the day there .....

BUT then again IF I HAD NOT re-started my Casino-Going, I would NOT have had the opportunity to experience winning sums of over 10k here in my life .... tho' of course I lost far much more than what I'd won in the last few months as well as years !!!!}

A few year ago, I was in the casino on CNY eve night. I lost until no more money to withdraw and left with some small change in my wallet. Reached home had to open the last year's ang pows (whic were supposed to be open anyway), and refilled my wallet with some cash, not good to have almost empty wallet on CNY. Bank account wiped out. Had to sell shares the moment the market re-opened for money to pay that month's bills. After continuing my losses even after that episode, I can safely say the casino has no love for me, and I similarly have no love for the casino. Which may not be a bad thing. But I will still go in and try and hope for that super duper jackpot, that would be worthy of posting as a motivating FR for all the Bros and Sis here.

My last trip earlier this month was also downhill most of the way. That said, I did see others winning though. Was playing HIV in the Vanda Room and the uncle behind me had a HIV bonus which kept retriggering and someone playing CC 2 seats away kept triggering bonus. I feel from my personal experience, the so-called special days such as Birthdays or CNY {Lucky Days ??} may NOT turn out to be lucky for me ....
In fact sometimes the 'higher expectation we have with such special days' may lead us into some STUBBORN Illusion of 'being more lucky etc cannot be so bad bah etc ' and forcing us to Ngeh Ngeh Bet Bigger & Longer etc 'so as not to be wrong with our ASSumptions etc' - if you know what I mean here
From recent play the ONLY 'special occasion' where my slot play was considered "good' was while I was playing my fav Cash Cove just before the English New Year's Eve on 31st Dec 2014 {again turned TERRIBLE on the post NY visit after the Diana Ross concert !!!!} - for Birthdays so far it has been terrible losses only - I tend to AVOID the casino on the other Public Holidays when it is packed with no chance of playing my fav slots and where I have this perception that they really tighten the slots then knowing that there WILL be LOTS of players notwithstanding .....

Perhaps such 'serendipitious days' could well turn out to be TRULY Lucky for us ???

Happy New Year! Went Sands yesterday. BR $3.5k - tough fight...all gone! Stuck to my decision. Didn't go ATM to withdraw. Still got many hrs to finish levy today, but not going. No luck!
