Wah, suddenly this place is so active again. Agree with some people that it is too technical on the points liao. Actually, I also dont bother what card or points. I see got points, I used. The host says can upgrade, i upgrade....

anyway, not much luck today (actually more than just today....). Started at GR. Breakeven. Moved inside to 2c, lousy. kana beaten left, right and centre.

Move out and noticed Hollywood was real crowded. JP1 $44K (Max 50K), JP2 $3.9K (Max $5K), JP3 $450 (Max $500). I decided to also take part in the action. Found one and only empty 5K. I was thinking, this must be a lemon, since 5K is very popular one and all the machines are occupied, why this one isnt. This one is next to a 5D with a uncle hitting 300Cr every bet. He was getting good features with Cr going to ~20K for most features. He chose 10-15FG mostly.

My machine was very quiet throughout. Only after I put in my 5th $100 did it give my first FG. Thereafter, it was many FG until that uncle started to complain that his machine is not paying whereas mine is doing very well. He was telling me he made $8K last night on the 5K behind and lost $3K to this 5D. After all the ranting, his machine started to do well again. I cut short the story, but on 300Cr bet, he hit (5 lion+5 10) X 10. Then he left to the cashier to change money. After he came back, he put in another $500 and hit a retrigger. He chose 10 FG and hit 5 Fish X 15. All in, he made about $15K and left the place, saying that JP1 will probably not drop until tomorrow.

Btw, I also forgot to mention he hit JP3 on that machine too. After he left, my machine remains quiet and nowhere hit big symbol FH unlike him. It is so tough to get a big symbol and to think that he managed to make 2 on high bet and low FG. He was a lucky man....

Hollywood JP1 still hanging up there this morning when I left at 5:30AM, it was $46k+, needless to say many people were chasing after it. I reach RWS at 12midnight and almost 90% seats taken, until 5:30AM, there left about 10 players. If it was 2 years ago, I will be one for them doing the same thing chasing after the JP overnight.

I played Mega Link, M3 Link and non-progressive prize machines most of my time because they are much easier to trigger feature and most importantly, the feature usually pay much better than those hyperlink. After re-joined RWS for more than a month, I would like to list which are my favourite 5k and 5d locations. Only remarks on 5k/5d games because I just love playing them. Playing at ID is just like playing at MBS, I named ID as "Little MBS" now I try to avoid even JP1 or JP2 are reaching the cap. Same sentiment. Interesting, during the day, this place is full of the regulars. Some are the big plaeyrs at 300-450cr, but many more are smaller 60-150cr player hoping to get the JP. JP in ID climbs very slowly. I am starting to hate ID.....

They suspected that i am a thief who stole a tito tkt this morning!!!! I was puzzled and confused why my tito wasn't excepted by any slot machines so i have to go to the casiher and cash out.

I was "caught" at the cashier counter!!!

An idiot reported lost of $7000+ and they expected that i am the one whostole the tito, they questioned me how and where i got the tito !!!! Blooding shit! why do I need to prove since the tito is my money !!! They carried out their investigation for an hour and eventually apologized to me it was an misunderstanding.

Ok, well, i recalled that i did inserted my tito into a machine which i didn't noticed a membership card was still inserted, i didn't hit any button but just cashout and left, i wasn't aware if there was any credit balance as my tito sum was not small amount and few dollars or hundred didn't make much diffferent.

This player later claimed that someone stolen $7600 from his machine and i was held to investigate for an hour.

Blooding hell THICK skin player who only have $10 balance credit claimed stolen $7600 and unprofessional duty manager who first question came out with an offensive word such as, this is not your tito, where did you get it ?? Are ALL THE RWS DUTY MANAGERS NOT TRAINED FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE???!1!

IMO you should really take this up to their management and then stop playing. No point stop playing just like that because they won't know why they are losing premium players and that duty manager will get away with it. I don't think this is just the problem with RWS but customer service is sorely lacking in many places.

The idea about being nice is for them to REGRET losing you. If you kick up a fuss and throw a tantrum, they will only be glad to lose you.

Earlier it was mentioned that to earn 1 point, you have to spin $200.

To earn 1000 points, you have to spin $200x1,000=$200,000.
Assuming that the slot payout is set at 10%, this translates to an expected loss of $20,000.

Are you sure your are counting GD or GPoints? RWS rewards GD at 1.5, 1.75, 2 and 2.25 GD per points. I never really go and count how many points I earned each trip.
For the low volatility type of games, I agree with you but they are usually not attractive, a slot lover don't pick them and a non-slot player doesn't know which games are low volatility.
By the way, your 8-10 visits with 1.5-2k BR earned you 1,000 Gpoints is pretty impressive.

slight misunderstanding regarding my loss. My BR each session was 1-2k but most of the sessions were positive at the end. Net loss for the month was 3k+ hence it was a good month overall

Nevertheless, I learnt from this experience that as long as you have a few dollars, you can claim lost of whatever amount and asked them to search for the person who steals the money(waste their resources 1.5hours, 5 duty managers, 2 staff). And it sounds pretty good that they refused to reveal the "victim" particular by saying that they need to "protect" him/her.

he/she simply report lose of 7k... but knowing deep inside their mind.. their balance only left $10

I think the staff just doing their job... but they way of handling and closing the case really cannot make it...

I was playing the new shuffle master machines (now my favorite brand)
I combined several titos to cash out but I pressed the cash out button too fast and the machine cashed out while it was accepting a 200+ Tito. So the Tito stayed in the machine and when I went back 10 mins later, a guy was playing the machine and he refused to talk to me.

Then I spoke to the attendant who took about 1.5 hrs to confirm and finish investigating.
They were dammn slow at getting the guy and in the end he left the casino before they could get him.

easy la, clear tito, insert $2, remove member card, ask neighbour or staff jaga else put water bottle on $ insert point.

btw, tried several diamond queen at mbs and it seems to sequence this way everytime.
once a feature game comes, it almost will come again shortly like 99%. and sometimes even comes several times.
so on almost all the diamond queen slots i think something like 10 similar machines spread all over mbs, i tried max everytime after a feature arrived or by chance a feature arrived when i maxed. and guess what? it works and on average i get 600 to over a thousand bucks on each machine. its unbelievable!. please try it and break my belief please. otherwise i may do it again.
