Max bet with less than 10k cr is frustrating but it doesn't seems to happen often after I changed to "morning shift". Am I having more luck these days or is it because the machines payout is slightly better during the early hours?

I think your working hours is critical. At the wee hours, you have a better chance to give up the lousy machine and move to another one. During the day especially weekend, we tend to get stuck with the only available machines.

Of course luck is important too and the other factor will be your BR. I believe a big BR provides a better fighting chance (with no hesitation of choosing 10 free games even on 450 Cr bet). Cheers.

What you are doing now is absolutely correct. Win liao MUST run! 1-3k is quite a lot, me also run when I hit this amount within my limited early slot play hours, "early bird catches the worm", Ha! 1k per day, 365k per year, can buy a jaguar xj!

BTW, I personally feel that LUX games are not easy to play. Not to mention greedy, up till today, I never have a chance to win a single cent from those WMV machines. Me only make donation to the prize pool each time I played.

- as the 2nd China 'bitchy' tour leader purposely made things so difficult when it came to arranging a TIME & Place to meet up with 2nd S$48 Groupon deal land-tour members [all from SG] we decided to take up suggestion to forgo 2nd Deal Land Tour and just use the S$130 [compulsory additional $100 tours & $30 tipping meant for 2nd Tour Leader] x 2 pax on 4 nights of cheap but very clean Shanghai Hotel and just do Shanghai Free & Easy DIY on our own as an 'extension' instead ..... VERY FUN & can now say I can be some sort of Shanghai Expert as Shanghai is another place where you can DIY [like HK/Taipei etc - read my posts in the Shanghai TripAdvisor Forum regarding my Shanghai Trip [under JoannaSG] under several threads there

Also managed somehow to win a TripAdvisor Bangkok Contest of sorts in April - got a free Tiger Airways Ticket to Bangkok worth over S$400 [???] to be used by end-Sep !

Unable to advise which games pay better but can tell you which areas have better payout percentage because the same game located at different locations have different payout percentage. Never expect a FFF 5Dragons pays better than those at PS area.

Machines at PS area (lucky penny slot), Gold Rush and Island delight still have the best payout rate till date. Certainly not all the machines at this areas pay well because some machines have bad timing probably due to someone has just hit a big one (big win refers to amount like 4-6k for 2cts machine and above 10k for 5cts machine)
I don't agree with those slot experts who say that a slot machine that just hit a big one doesn't mean it can't pay further. I am not sure their big hit is how big, maybe a few hundred bucks to those AngMo is already a big win. To me, any below 200,000cr is not a big win. If you happen to see the machine already payout 4k and above (2cts), just avoid it. One more thing, some players like to trick others by putting huge amount and just hit a few spins and print out the tito, the amount shown on the screen usually mislead others that the machine have payout a lot.
