I dun know, but many people say still got other people richer than Ah Ng---how to proof ? where to find proof ?

This kind of billionaire things are veri complicated, how do people find out who is exactly the richest people in Sinkapore.

Cannot be Ah Ng got big passive income every month, property go up and down. His income cannot be residual becos building take time to build and take time pay up, many procedures with MND and buyers before the money come in. Sometime have to pay management fund if not all units are bought for a while.

Newspapers should check and clarify whether Ah Ng is really the richest man in sinkapore, very doubtful.
The money he earns is very tedious and very slow and jialat if based solely on developer trade.
