Waiter/Waitress
Security guard
Construction worker
Retail assistant

nurses
financial product salesman
The above vacancies are aplenty for Singaporean but don't expect to be paid well because foreigners are here to suppress your wages to take up the above posts.
For degree or diploma holders who still cannot find job, the govt would encourage you to consider the above option to stay gainfully employed. What we learn in school for 20+ years is not longer valid in Singapore market, so "skill upgrading" is required :(
