Singapore - Not the most expensive city but the most expensive public housing

It is not public housing if the public cannot afford it.....
 
it’s worse in sf. sf already spent over $400m to house over 369 homeless persons since this report was published in april this year. it’s not 3.69k nor 36.9k homeless persons but only over 369. not kidding here. the mayor when confronted by reporters on the $400m sexpense claimed that when push came to shove it was actually very sexpensive at over $1m to build a studio apartment for 1 homeless person.
