No wonder I am feeling richer
No wonder I am feeling richer
Just look at your CPF statement, and you'll instantly feel rich.
When you own something, but have no access to it and have no say in how to utilise it, then what's the point in owning it?I recalled reading about a townhall meetup some years ago, where someone said something to the effect of: "I don't get why you people are unhappy over your CPF arrangements. At end of day, CPF is your money".
And no one responded, all just kept quiet or were stumped.
Well, if CPF is our money, how come we cannot decide when to withdraw it? Instead, we need someone else to decide for us?

Income increase but Inflation increase bigger. HUAT AH ....LolConducted by the Singapore Department of Statistics (SingStat), the Household Expenditure Survey 2017/18 also found improvements in the standard of living here....how independent is this?
They are also comparing against 2012 figures...and if your income has not changed 6 years since, you are fucked anyway.

If Indian also can become Melayu, GST is good for the poor, foreigner provide good jobs, CPF is your money, etc etc, nothing is impossible for PAP. As long as 70% heypi, complain also no use. Lol
The CPF is your money because you get to keep the yield that it produces. That is the gold standard when it comes to determining ownership.
