[Singapore] - It started with a dry cough and fatigue, then non-smoker who lives a healthy lifestyle finds out she has stage 4 lung cancer

This would have helped.

An aunt of mine who never smoked died of lung cancer. A cousin of mine, hardly touched alcohol all his life died of liver cancer.

It's all the luck of the draw.

may be hereditary or inherited lung disease known as squamous cell carcinoma. 1.69-fold risk for men and 2.69-fold risk for women.

Where did you get that ? From the back of a cereal box ? :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao:

SSC is the commonest type of lung cancer and associated with tobacco use la . moron .

Lung cancer not only caused by smoking. Those working in salons are very much prone due to hair sprays. Even toilet cleaner or detergents in spray form, you have to be careful from inhaling. Also those blue collar workers using electric cleaners & WD 40, be careful, better to wear a mask.

numerous. here’s just one such research from the cancer network. the one i cited is from a japanese study. can you read japanese? if not, a korean study in 2017 written in english (jkms paper) can shed some light linking scc with non-smokers suffering from lung cancer.

Yes there are genetic links. No one disputing that . But you statement infers genetic transmission is the main cause of pulmonary SCC. That is fraudulent .

Perhaps you should improve your English instead of learning Japanese to understand Jap porn.

on the contrary, your engrish needs improvement lah. i said may be inherited scc. that does not equate to genetic transmission as main cause. it’s inferring the other way around, that scc may cause a large portion of inherited cases, although they’re a minority or rare compared to smokers’ cases. if your comprehension is so poor, how are you going to understand your atas patients? or complex medical journals? lol.
