Why is the Singapore Embassy not standing up against the discrimination of Singaporeans by the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Ministry of Social Development?

Up to March 2016 : 24 Singaporeans have had their CPF savings TAXED 100% by this evil Chief Executive devoid of core values, but all other nationalities get their CPF savings from the Singapore CPF Board and he does not tax them one cent. This is fairness and justice in New Zealand – discrimination by nationality is alright if it is committed by the NZ government with the tacit approval of the ex-Prime Minister –
Table 7. Overseas pension deductions by country in NZ$ at end of March 2016 Country / Number of Overseas Pensions / Annualised Value of NZS & Supplements / Annualised Value of Overseas Pensions / Percentage of total Average deduction –
Singapore 24 $296,825 is the total amount of Singaporeans' savings TAXED 100%
Yet, the CPF Board willingly and generously gives out to thousands of Kiwis working in Singapore their CPF savings when they leave the little island that could fit into Lake Taupo.
AND the CPF Board wants to deplete the CPF Savings of this poor woman by making her pay $465.72 for her uncle's Medishield premium -

Well, as 24 Singaporeans have already been cheated of $296,825 under this evil Chief Executive, hundreds of Singaporeans are lining outside the CPF Board to withdraw their CPF Savings by throwing away their red passports and millions then will be withdrawn from the CPF coffers.
So why is the Singapore Embassy curiously silent about this and not fighting for the rights of Singaporeans?
Is it alright for Kiwis to get their CPF savings TAX-FREE while Singaporeans' CPF Savings are TAXED 100%? Why not do the same to Kiwis by TAXING their CPF Savings 100% in Singapore before they exit the island? Thousands of Kiwis have already taken their CPF Savings and left the island (like John Key). Would the Singapore government dare to discriminate against Kiwis like the New Zealand government discriminates against Singaporeans?
Why go for a measly $465.72 from a poor woman when millions of dollars of Kiwis's CPF savings are there for the taking - just rubber-stamp and pass a similar law like Section 70 of the SSA that allows a single immoral man (the Chief Executive) to be a dictator of New Zealand and rule that the
CPF savings of Singaporeans under the definition of the NZ Oxford Dictionary is a periodic allowance, a benefit and "can be seen as a pension".:oIo:
