if you’re a sexpat from angmoh cuntry and renting in sg, it’s far better to rent a larger well renovated and updated older hdb flat in an older estate but closer to amenities, malls, and mrt. more bang for the buck at $3.69k rent for a 4-room hdb than shelling out $6.9k for a tiny 2-bed luxury condo that is usually less than 900 sqf. no brainer.
