I don't see any university in India appears in the list but why so many CECA Indian doctors are working in Sindiapore? Is the CECA agreement automatically qualify them?

Is this how they do things, then it is time for me to go to Malaysia for treatment. At least, in Malaysia, they use their own local native doctors who take pride in doing their work for the pride of their own country. It is safer to get treatment from doctors with this mindset. PAP scumbags has totally no such concept.
