If they cannot be smart and creative enough to increase the native local population, then resign. They are not fit to be ministers. Getting in more foreigners to facilitate the growth of the country only deals with the symptoms and not the root of the problem of low population. It will bite the country back in time to come.Now you know why the usual suspects were shilling for a 10 million population.
Just like the China chinks who copy and copy and when crisis comes, they are screwed.
