[Sg] - Sim Lim Eatery Sells Laksa Cooked With Earthworms, Boss Claims It Enhances Flavour & Freshness

Unlike the ones you picked up from your lawn, I believe they are unique herbal earthworms. I was told that in Singapore's good old days, the earthworms were ground into a powder and added to the laksa gravy to enhance authentic aroma.

The best home-cooked Laksa that i tasted, had fried krills and cockles.

The best local Laksa is Sungei Road Laksa.

Now it's just a stall at the Berseh hawker centre.
