Let's all calm down. NO Human is perfect. We all have our flaws.

Adultery is not a criminal offence in Singapore. However, should there be evidences of such, it will prove that the sacred bond & vows of Marriage Institution between a man & a women who undertook those vows had broken down, & can be become grounds for divorce based upon IRRECONCEIVABLE differences, should both parties even after counselling by friends, loved ones & institutions had failed.

Sadly, it is their kids whom are the true victims, thus a need to protect them as they are innocent & have little or no say in such disagreements. Although the parents had broken their vows, may they not break the vow of unconditional love to their kids, & thus usually in Singapore, joint custody is awarded to couples. The family is the building block of Civilization.

It is hoped that all parties, political or laypersons, resolved their differences & focus upon their goals in life - to lead Singapore to greater heights.

Courtship is easy, but living TOGETHER is often difficult. There is NO smoke without fire. If there is indeed fire & unable to resolve, then it is better be apart than to live together where only hatred will be fostered & festered instead of love. Perhaps Mr Tan CJ & Mdm Chen, Mdm Seah & Mr Leon, as well as others in such situations, had found their true love, their 江山, and willing to forgo all else. They no longer need to hide & live with lies daily.
