A bit of goodwill goes a long way and better than any type of advertisement
It’s not as if the customer was trying to scam a free meal. She already paid for it.

One of my best memories of MacD as a kid once I spilled my tray of food on the floor and while I was still feeling shocked and embarrassed the manager got the staff to replace another meal for me. Remembered the gesture till today

I had a better experience at Koo Kee. I forgot to take an additional item that was ordered last minute, the counter girls put on the heated cabinet and
sold to other customer. The next day, I just went to tell her, she said she can get me new batch. So, she got my commendation to her management for
handling customer service well and getting returning customer.

it's due to legal issues that Mac faces should the food turn bad. the policy itself is understandable but I wonder did they bring it to the customer's attention regarding this policy at point of ordering?

many ppl use app order and come collect 1hr or more later .... norm leh.

Most macD can’t prepare on time when you order via mobile especially during peak. So you end up waiting there to collect sometimes even longer than those who use the onsite kiosks to order. Defeats the fucking purpose of the app
