I notice those hawker centres in industrial estates seem to be doing well dishing out substandard dishes high on price. The only downside is the shorter opening hours as well as not having any business on weekends; perhaps the hawkers don't mind. These stallholders have a captured clientele of workers from the nearby companies who enjoy few food options.
