In Singapore, WE will leave NONE behind if they have no wish to do so. It's a legacy passed down from our Founding & Forefathers whom had sacrificed so much, so much, to give us todays, sheltered from a tumultuous World for 59 yrs.....

A new job is being created thru such policy & ideals...Community Managers, spread out amongst the ENTIRE districts that will hold such units.

Unfortunately, some morons attempting to be smartass will call such units as a place to die.....

However, do remember that each & every citizen - young or old - CONTRIBUTES or had CONTRIBUTED to the progress & evolution of Singapore, regardless if a PM or a toilet cleaner who is GAINFULLY employed & serve their roles, past & present, to give us our todays...

Each do deserves a better & dignified ending for their years of contributions to society as a treasured citizen. None needs to die & rot alone.

Thus the Community Manager carries a HEAVY responsibility - to ensure taxpayer funds are utilized to its full. 24hrs service is what it is meant. It may be a difficult job, more so with the aged whom are set in their ways & may be obdurate, but ultimately, a chill pill in the morning such as a cup of hot coffee may prepare the manager of what lays ahead & be reminded of our goals - to leave none behind.......

Aged society can do 996 work week culture?

What kind of so much so much sacrifices did founding & forefathers did?.
Lack of sleep? Lesser time spent with familee? Etc
The average sinkies sacrificed much more than that. Some even need to sacrifice a marriage and procreation, whereas forefather still can form a big familee. Average sinkies lacking sleeps having to drive or work for more than 12hrs per day and the list goes on and on.
