pick up trash everyday for hdb estates i understand. pick up trash everyday from bins at landed properties, that i cannot fathom. every other day will do. moreover, the bins are never even a quarter full at the end of each day. sending a truck and crew to pick up trash at landed homes everyday cost more money, waste fuel, waste time, jam the narrow roads in private estates, pollute the atas areas with diesel exhaust and noise.
