公寓外提醒PMD骑士减速 女会计遭数人围殴
女会计提醒个人代步工具骑士减速慢行，岂料却遭对方五人围殴，导致她身体多处受伤，需用轮椅代步。
这起事件发生于星期六（7月27日）下午4时05分左右，地点是三巴旺弯Skypark Residences公寓外。
胡姓女会计（46岁）告诉《联合早报》，居民狗主群里早已有人不断提醒个人代步工具（PMD）在公寓门口行驶过快可能对宠物和行人造成危险，但没想到就被自己碰上了。
她说，事发时她如常遛狗，打开公寓侧门时还先探头确定人行道上是否有个人代步工具驶过，结果真的看到一辆个人代步工具向她急速驶来，于是高声提醒对方放慢车速。
不料，个人代步工具骑士向她怒吼，停下后开始脱鞋，然后攻击她。不久后，又来了两辆个人代步工具，一共五人围殴她。
几人扬长而去后，胡姓女会计立即报警，并提供了对面工地工人拍的事发视频。
据视频和照片显示，三辆个人代步工具共载有至少五名成人，其中一辆还有一名儿童，其中一名女子则抱着一名幼童。
新加坡警察部队回复《联合早报》询问时证实接到通报，一名46岁女子受轻伤但婉拒送院。年龄介于36岁至41岁的四人因涉及蓄意伤人和蓄意骚扰被调查。调查工作还在进行中。
《联合早报》今年3月也曾报道，芬薇巷有一名妇女无故被数名个人代步工具骑士袭击受伤。

Female accountant was beaten by several people outside the apartment for reminding PMD riders to slow down.
The female accountant reminded the riders of PMDs to slow down, but unexpectedly, she was beaten by five people, resulting in multiple injuries and the need to use a wheelchair.
The incident happened at around 4:05 pm on Saturday (July 27) outside the Skypark Residences in Sembawang Crescent.
Female accountant surnamed Hu (46 years old) told Lianhe Zaobao that someone in the dog owner group had been constantly reminding that PMDs driving too fast at the entrance of the apartment may cause danger to pets and pedestrians, but she did not expect to encounter it herself.
She said that when the incident happened, she was walking her dog as usual. When she opened the side door of the apartment, she first looked out to check if there were any PMDs passing by on the sidewalk. As a result, she really saw a PMD driving towards her at high speed, so she shouted to remind the other party to slow down.
Unexpectedly, the PMD rider roared at her, stopped, started to take off his shoes, and then attacked her. Soon after, two more PMDs arrived, and a total of five people surrounded and beat her.
After the few people left, the female accountant surnamed Hu immediately called the police and provided a video of the incident taken by workers at the opposite construction site.
According to the video and photos, the three PMDs carried at least five adults, one of which also had a child, and one of the women was holding a young child.
