Just a comment on the title, Dato Onn, Setia Tropike are accessible via EDL within close proximity whereas Seri Alam, Rinting and Permas Senibong are more on the eastern Pasir Gudang & coastal highway side.

Just paid 10% deposit for a unit at Bina Park, Bandar Seri Alam last week.

Will be signing the SPA at the lawyer's office next week. Hopefully all things will turn out fine. Will be going thru this forum site to learn and find out about living in JB.

Cheers

Is this the "to-be" Japan town in Malaysian context?

Nope, 'Little Japan' is slated to be at Taman Molek. Saw last week that the developer is now building the 'little japan' shophouses now.......

RHB research said KPJ has earmarked its new flagship hospital in Bandar Dato’ Onn as a medical tourism hub.

“Services would be priced competitively to tap into the more price-sensitive foreign community from Singapore,” it added.

Don't think it will be cheap but still a good development to have north of zone A.

where is the exact location of this new hospital ?

u may see johor sultan there; more to come... titter.gif
