no la i think maybe you buy too many unit at PH there already, the coffee 20RM one shot . over at setia indah kopi only RM1.20, cheaper than KL...

Seri Alam is still cheap, but too far east for me. I know some investors are slowly moving there.

But driving time looks about the same to Bukit Indah from CIQ. From map both are about same distance from CIQ. My friend said property in Nusajaya side gone up too much.

I have not gone so far east. But do take note certain areas r prone to flood near there.
