Senibong Cove

That's a good assessment. Maybe I should consider getting another unit there. Since its first time they would probably want to make sure that it will sell well.

Ya.. Got annual sales some more every yr, shop tired liao, go back home and cheong again after. Dun need to Q with so many ppl some more. Ladies' haven :D

Wow how do you guys know so much about the Charles & Keith project?:*: Was it reported in Sg papers? ...must have missed it. How big is it? So far I've only read about the Tropicana one also on that side of the Lunchoo but details on that are still sketchy too.

For now, I'm more excited about Peter Lim's mega project. If SC to CIQ is mere 8 minutes' drive, SC to Vantage Bay should be even less, since it's on the right side of causeway. There's also Marina Cove by IOI.. Things are gathering steam in the east!

Brother, another unit still have to be Senibong Cove! That piece of land though close to Luchoo River, but it looks like no water frontage, if the mangrove swamp is truly a reserved land from development. It is behind the mangrove swamp without access to the river (ok, my fact could be wrong). You might want to take a look at the site plan of the area.

I saw the site plan already. There is a little bit of sea view. They are planning to have man made water ways in the development which seems quite extensive. There are also condo units there.

But do they have access to the river or sea; or is it just the view they have? Otherwise their frontage/access would be just man-made waterways.

The developement is inland and only a small corner reaches the coast. But no units there just some walkway and greenery. It looks very nice with nice layout. I would say the design is more unique then the current Senibong Cove. Which tends to be more of a traditional straight forward design.

Hmm... Have to weigh carefully. If it is really better than Senibong Cove, then go for it. Otherwise SC is a very unique, and well planned waterfront development with direct river and sea frontage, where we can already see the real thing in the first phase.

Yup. You got a point. Also the pricing is not yet confirmed for the new development. With the recent measures also throwing a spanner into the works.

Being a fitness enthusiast, SC's long boardwalk - river merging into sea - was the biggest selling point for me for my regular runs.

The island units seems to be progressing well. Anyone here bought units there?

That's great. Are you looking at the condo or bungalow houses?

Latest phase release nothing less than 2million.

Those who bought into it not really affected by the policies. Rich man island.

I think u still can get units in the soon-to-be launched tower C water edge apts at sub 1 million. Still no news of the launch though.

Sorry I was referring to the island properties.
Those landed ones are all going for minimum 2.8 million.

Really wow.
