I saw that. Marc Elias said it was the denial of an appeal they already lost so 59 losses remained 59 BUT he and George Conway were poking fun at the latest crazy lawsuit filed today in New Mexico, which has 0 chance of succeeding, so we will get to 60 for sure :tongue::tongue::tongue:

In other news some GOP incl Lamar Alexander has said enough is enough, one GOP Congressman quit the GOP and even Lindsey Graham is now acknowledging Joe Biden as President elect. Jan 5th Senate races and Jan 6th formal counting of the votes in congress remain.

The strategy for the Donald J Trump Campaign was to spread as much disinformation as possible and rile up the base while saying the election was "rigged" except in each of the 59 lawsuits they have lost, in the actual court filings they admit there was no "rigging" or "fraud", but there were irregularities. Then each judge ruled with a scathing rebuttal but no matter, the point is to file numerous lawsuits without merit.

Why? To raise money. To pay debt. To prepare for the coming legal problems Donald J Trump will face :biggrin:
 
Latest, crazy lawsuit filed in GA alleging Hugo Chavez involvement. This is about the Georgia Senate Runoffs, not the Presidency.

And the GOP lawsuits to suppress democratic turnout Jan 5th 2021 is not going well as well, many defeats in court :biggrin:
