I am talking about the top management staff, not the ground crew. Because if there's no direction from the top management staff- the directors, chairman, CEO, VPs and executives- the ground crew would have no idea what to do.

After all, their current job is to man the tables, not run the company. Maybe in 10-20 years time, they might be promoted to that level, but certainly you wouldn't ask a poker dealer to be the CEO or Vice President immediately.
