Salt ........ beware of excessive aluminium content!

What about soy sauce (a/k/a soya sauce) that Chinese Sinkies use to cook food? Is it not made with low-grade salt?

Due to my very limited budget, my wife and I eat only home-cooked food and we use a maximum of 1g of salt per day (we always measure the amount of salt used in cooking.)

Where do you get the kosher and pink himalayan salt from in Singapore? I think this thread has made me aware again of monitoring my blood pressure.

I currently use this for seasoning of chicken, fish and beef..

Anyway, about 1/3 of world supply of pepper comes from vietnam, so most of us likely to consume vietnamese pepper corns ...

For me, i prefer to use Sarawak pepper.... more aromatic and shiok with meat especially when doing black pepper chicken chop .... hehehe :D
