7. Golden Mile Special Yong Tau Foo

If you visit Golden Mile Hawker Centre on a regular basis, you’ll most definitely heard of this YTF spot, Golden Mile Special Yong Tau Foo. However, if you haven’t heard of them then you’ll most probably recognise them due to the long queue at the storefront. This YTF joint does not have a myriad of options for us to pick from but there are ingredients that are not usually found at other YTF spots like the pork belly and pork intestines. Besides the ingredients, the broth of the YTF is one that is deliciously healthy, making it perfect for health enthusiasts.

wonder if you mean

8. Ho Kee Hakka Yong Dou Fu

Alright, we’ve gone through several YTF spots on our list that we can savour either with Mee Bok, Vermicelli and even Yam Rice. But how about we introduce you guys to the following Yong Dou Fu joint is one of a kind? Are you ready? The YTF here is served with a side of Chee Cheong Fun. While some may find it a tad out of the norm, some find the combo surprisingly well-fit. Also, you can make the choice between combining the YTF with the Chee Cheong Fun, or enjoy them separately if you wish. We highly recommend you guys to pick the bitter gourd YTF as it does not taste as bitter as it seems so it’s perfect for those of us who can’t stand bitter after-taste.

9. Xi Xiang Feng Yong Tau Foo

As we almost come to and end of our list of the 10 Best Yong Tau Foo in Singapore, let’s talk about an old school YTF spot in Ang Mo Kio. Ask anyone who reside in AMK, and they’ll definitely know of this Yong Tau Fu joint. Xi Xiang Feng’s broth is one of the best you can ever find in Singapore due to its generous amount of soy beans used to concoct the broth. In addition, the broth is authentically flavourful since it does not create the thirsty after-effect as when MSG is added into a broth base. Aside from that, there are over 40 types of YTF for us foodies to pick from so we’ll definitely be spoilt for choice here.

Here’s a friendly tip: order the fried beancurd as it is extremely crispy and crackles upon the first bite.
