Wow, I am only ready to spend RM$150k - 200k.
Sad that Developer only willing to offer 12% discount, unable to push further down.

Went to Oriwise near Sutera Mall last week. I was quoted RM$300 - 400k for my house. My eyeballs dropped.

Hi Guys,

I am residing around Permas Jaya area. Does anyone would know where/who to look for if i wish to install good Kitchen Cabinets? (With SInk and Table Top) The only catch is, i would want this Kitchen Cabinet to be FULLY made of Aluminum or Stainless Steel. Well, the Table Top can be made of Hard Acrylic. I just do not with for a Single Wood material to be involved to prevent warping / moisture damage / termites etc. If anyone know of any such reasonable provider / installer / shop, do let me know, thanks!

GnG is safe but not 100% safe. Insiders can still steal/rob when u r away fm home. Better to instal one. But the sight of grills kind of unsightly, imo

Congratulations. Be extremely careful when you select your contractor. Cost aside, many deploy unskilled worker resulting in shoddy outcome.

For owners looking for contractor to renovate their houses, this is a very reliable and honest man; a rarity in the JB market. For works that he gets other suppliers to do, e.g. glass windows, kitchen cabinets etc, he will source for equally reliable vendor, quote a fair price and personally ensure that they deliver on what are promised.

I recommend him base on my personally experience having contracted him twice, the most recent works just completed in Dec 2018.
