I propose that all altruistic donations do not come with any strings attached not the name of it's donors be utilized publicly, as per LKY tenet that one should not be eulogised nor put on a pedestal.
Therefore we should be renaming all buildings, roads, hospitals, and public amenities to be replaced with and only carry geographical names.
This is also to prevent generations of those philanthropic thieves and cheats to gloat and say "This is my grandfather's road ok", when they have zero contributions at all except be excellent swimmers.

So Nanyang University should be renamed West Tuas University.
TTSH to Kampong Boyan Hospital as the area was named that before the hospital came.
NTFGH to Jurong Yeast Hospital.
