Most likely its green arrow for the taxi and red for all others. Cos aft the accident, its green for the camera. Looking at the speed of the cyclist, I believe he didnt even slow down approaching the traffic light junction.

I cycle too but am very careful not to drive like I own the road....at crossings and around pedestrians I slow down to a crawl. This cyclist is out of his mind.
