Raining heavily and I feel sad and it pains my heart to see grab delivery men risking their lives to deliver food to Singapore hungry ghost. Why there is no rule to ban delivery during bad weather likes this ?

I have never used those food delivery apps/services, so I am not a hypocrite when I sympathize with them. It's a form of modern-day serfdom, promoted by the false belief that you need an app for everything in life.
