Yesterday when I went back early in the morning, junction at Changi Rd and Still Rd got one red light camera. I am aware of this and the green turn to red very fast towards city. It was green in front of me but I slowed down, on my extreme right there was a white Toyota Prius coming out, the traffic light had already changed to red, he did not realise it and drive across and suddenly 2 bright flashes flashed across the road. I think he realised it as he droved slowly on to the right side, stopping for a moment, thinking, WTF...I was stunned, first time saw this and stopped my car far away from the junction. Managed to catch up with him, the number is 8556, any samster here?
