when I was there 2 months ago, I noticed the benches in front of traders, looked aged.. probably under the hot sun. this small thing is a reminder that they have to catch up on quality and aesthetics.

The site is very close to Puteri Harbour. I hope they stop the artillery shelling and the gun fires while he is there otherwise I am sure he will be very annoyed. :)

BTW, it would be a bit ironical have the 'Wellness Center', particularly by Temasek, with all the shelling and bombing just across the Straits.

The Temasek project, I believe, covers:
- Medini Zone D (Resort Wellness Project)
- Small part of Medini Zone A (Urban Wellness Project)

Medini Zone A (not to be confused with Iskandar Zone A) you will notice some black dots. If you hover the mouse on these dots, the pictures of the developments pop up.

yes around that price. it is undevelop land at the moment and consider quite far away from everything. however I have no doubt sunway will create the next "east ledang"

Sunway created Sunway lagoon and resort city out of disused tin mine land and pool. At that time, the land was nothing but sand and stones. They managed to plant trees, build houses, hotels, shopping complex and built Sunway Lagoon out of a mining pool and put in Monash University apart from its own Sunway Uni as well. No mean feat. Dato Jeffery Cheah is one guy who can see miles ahead of others.

Looks like Sunway is coming to Iskandar in a big way. Here is some news that came out last year on their plans in Medini. Seems like their own land bank near second link is also just adjacent to the Medini development. Very exciting.

Perhaps a better investment would be to buy these developer stocks like Sunway. Ideally its best to buy at bigger discounts to RNAV (Revised Net Asset Value) of Sunway shares.

Sunway is making a big big bet on the long-term success of Nusajaya. The winner here is again, Peter Lim who is positioning his MotorcitySports near Sunway's landbank. Rich get richer.
