Call for entries: Puteri Harbour’s 'Time Together' Family Photo Contest

Puteri Harbour, Johor’s award-winning marina and luxury lifestyle destination, is inviting families to enter its Time Together Family Photo Contest, which is divided into two parts. For the first part, simply snap and submit a heart-warming family portrait, which could include mum, dad, kids, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents or extended family members in any combination. Entries will be judged based on the most creative poses and completed caption of ‘Time Together means… ’.

Open to Malaysians and Singaporeans, the cross-border contest will send the winners – one family per country – on an all-expense paid trip to Puteri Harbour (May 28-30). The second leg takes place during the holiday itself; each family is required to create a travel diary to compete for the grand prize, which includes RM15,000 in cash and RM10,000 worth of AirAsia flight vouchers. Deadline for submissions is May 1 2016.

I was told by a little birds that out of their 100+ retails facing the marina, there are plans to bring in banks and massage spas, seafood resturants etc. Many vendors are already asking to buy but the developer has planned to lease.

PH is a very exciting place to stay and observe. I am sure 3 years from now if u look back you will shoot yourself for not buying more!


Hypermart or cinema need big areas and custom built. That take time.
Bank need only retail lots which is readily available. Banks are crowd pullers.

I don't think got people buy at RM 1600psf. At most RM 1300psf for premium and 100% superb seaview after rebates. But at S$400+ PSF for freehold and premium seaview with excellent 6 star quality finishing... is a great great steal. Its 4 times cheaper than my Singapore condo but offer 4 times more quality living





Some had bought at rm1.6k.........

Contractors of luxury apartments slapped with stop work order by Johor CIDB 26 APRIL 2016 @ 5:36 PM BY HALIM SAID ISKANDAR PUTERI: A stop work order was issued to the contractors of a 30-storey luxury apartment project here following a surprise check by the Johor Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) today. Johor CIDB director Othman Safar said the agency found that the project contractors had failed to register themselves with the CIDB before starting work at the project site. "Further checks revealed that 88 out of the 90 workers inspected did not own a Construction Worker Registration Card, which is a requirement by CIDB as it acknowledged that the hired construction workers are authorised to work in a construction area," he said. Othman said the stop work order issued to the contractors to enable them to register with the CIDB before work at the project site is allowed to resume. During the operation, which was carried out together with the Immigration Department, 58 foreign workers who failed to produce any valid travel documents were also detained.

All contractors local or foreign must abide to these regulatory bodies otherwise we do not know what quality of materials are being used.

Yeah heard there will be a mall plus cinema at the land beside Imperia. This is where The Waves will be. They are actively getting Hyatt to be the hotel operator in 1 of the 2 towers
