I am sure they will welcome you with open arms. I have previously seen from one site with the rental rates of yacht for fishing, etc.

My relatives decided to dropthe idea. Can't get through the LH thing at such pricing.
Heard generally when it is FH mostly in Malaysia so why buy LH unless pricing is attractive. Looks like it is only attractive to the developer.
Saw one with only max 10pax, need one with around 25pax ley
I must say the waters facing the Straits of Johor looks much nicer (more blue) than the waters inside the bay area.
I got some flyers from the grd floor of the UEM office on boat rentals before.
Maybe you can enquire from there.
Water condition is very important. PH water quality is pretty good. Maybe not moving tide but at least the seabed is not disturbed and not polluted.
Imagine buying a waterfront home with muddy water flowing downstream from inland.

Not sure if there is any within the hotel building, but right in front of it (and the theme park) has some open carpark lots.
Have you tried the food at Traders Hotel? What would you recommend?
Not yet, intend to try it soon as someone mentioned it's nice. I always go for nice food
I parked in the Hello Kitty basement carpark before. As you turn left at the Hello Kitty building, on your right is the entrance of the carpark.
The road going towards the CIQ also have many carparks but open air.
