I am in Teega as well, we signed in December and still have not recieved a copy, lawyer is Othman, nor has my deposit cheque been cashed, but I am not worried about it.

My Encorp booked in November, S&P signed in Jan, cheque cleared in Feb, April got my stamped copy of SPA.

However from the map Pulai seems to be covering Danga Bay area, Puteri Harbour is in Gelang Patah which is won by DAP Lim Kit Siang..
