5. Corruption & Conflicts of Interests
Iswaran's issues are minor but Ridout is an outright conflict-of-interests and failure of governance.

Ridout was rented cheaply but in the same period, the tenant managed to sell his property for 800% profit after holding for 20 years?

There's isn't really any property in Singapore that rocketed 800% in 20 years, given no change in plot ratio or redevelopment. Most went up by just 200-400% in the same period. Then concurrently, SLA is renting him another GCB for low low price + touch up because "there isn't much demand"? contradicting.

3. Retrenchment
Investors are no longer keen to hire in Singapore due to soaring SGD and overheads.

Our job market is worsening. Are we hiding our jobless data? Retrenchment data is not Unemployment or Underemployment data.

When you are hired under employment contract and your contract is not renewed, you are "not retrenched".
