PTC (Pappy) blamed peasants for bus lateness & overcrowding

Vincen Chua, member of PTC told shitty times that peasants have to be fair to bus operators (despite yearly drastic fare hikes promising efficiency in bus services?) and their long-term commercial viability. The delay on the roads caused by congestion (apparently they did not consider such delay factors to manage their bus schedule and timing of arrival to the bus stop.). As such, the frustrated Mr Chua from PTC (aka pappy) blamed the delay on communters "personal experiences" (I thought we were awarded world class passenger experiences?) which mean passengers cannot demand more than what PTC can allow (due to commercial viability?).

Furthermore, the overcrowding on bus is caused by peasants' ungraciousness not to move to the rear of the bus so that the bus can be packed up 95% (to justify commercial viability again?.) He also blamed this on peasant's high expectatation on bus operator's efficiency (despite regular bus fare hike).

In short, peasants are fucked for every damned thing.

If the passenger is reluctant to move to the back , then it shd examine itself why they are reluctant to move to the back ?

Is over crowding of the bus that make the disembarkment difficut once u are at the back ? If you press for regular price hike for PUBLIC TRANSPORT anually, which is a what a basic necessity that a goverment shd provide. Then why shd we not ask for better treatment , like unnecessary overcorwding from a PTELY run transport operator ? Ya, transport company has his share holder to report to ( which happen to be TEMESAK HOLDING) , they got to have a fair reply to their customer demands as well.
