Haha... mathematicians don't study the topic of probability for nothing. It is so complex but so damn practical and useful that it is applied in casinos, banking, the behaviour of subatomic particles, etc.
I think many here are still very blur and kept arguing stuffs like "the analysts are wrong", "I trust my gut feeling better", "Iskandar cannot fail", "If millionaires and big developers invest in it, it can't go wrong", "You are not God so you cannot predict the future" etc.
What we are talking about is making intelligent analysis. Not coffee shop talk consisting of "I think", "Maybe", "I feel".
I seem to have the feeling there are many old uncles here who are already retired and soon to be retired and don't know where to put their cash.
We can go on and on and it won't end.
If you have already bought and choose to believe in yourself while disregarding the hard facts and data, I think just leave it. Let it be. You probably like to gamble or you don't need that sum of money. It's useless to argue so much as you've already paid for your property either fully or a portion of it. Just enjoy it when it's completed. When you feel Singapore sucks cos it's too crowded and expensive, just make yourself cosy in your Iskandar home and chill out.
You choose for yourself whether you want to make an intelligent analysis or not. It's the same when you talk about fighting a war, a surgeon studying a difficult operation to see if it is worth saving the patient, etc. If the general, medical surgeon and important professionals were to chiong and trust their "gut feelings" like how some of you buy (Iskandar) properties, I think there will be terrible consequences indeed!
