This Joker reminds me of 7th Moon Ghost Month festival, auctioning off items.
Also, note how "enthusiastic" the crowd was, including the ones in front.
But the really funny part when he asked the spectators to give them a cheer.
And if I were Teo Chee Hean, I would have told him to stop after trying to auction him off for cheers from the crowd and the response was tepid at best.
