SINGAPORE - Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 71-year-old Sim Kok Bin to come forward.

Mr Sim was conveyed to National University Hospital on Dec 20, 2012 and was subsequently pronounced dead.

The next-of-kin or anyone with information can call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
