</noscript>On Monday, all three companies cut their petrol and diesel prices by five cents per litre. Tuesday’s price war was sparked after Shell cut pump prices by six cents for all grades of petrol and seven cents for diesel at 10.30am. SPC and ExxonMobil reduced their prices at noon, followed by Caltex at 12.30pm. Premium 95 grade now stands at S$1.736 a litre, while the price of diesel is reduced to S$1.483. — CNA/yt
