I used to have this Malay abang in his early 40s working together with me.. He's the typical Mat Rocker, a jovial happy go lucky man, a very good deck crew to work with.. Yeah lor Bro... I kinda respect him too for his stance.. Told me he got to go to MUIS office more than 3 times... They needed him to sign some papers of declaration... But even then, they assigned some Religious Counsellors to persuade him to change his mind at the last minute.. But he having none of their nonsense and in the end MUIS ceded to his request...
