Nope, definitely not for your case as you are old timer here. There are those who don't have and yet pretend to be local here or already bought here. Even those i get problems from, at most i delete their attacks on Singaporeans or other forummers. I can't ban them nor would i want to, what for. Don't be too concerned about what others say.

Hi Whoami, yeah lor you didnt flame others and buying property is a personal decision, why people think they are entitled to pass comment on your decision? Dont bother and don't feel pressured to buy. Actually not buying is also an action just like stocks and as long as a property is not sold, there is no real profit.

Agree, personal decision which i respect. Its a pity but there are always many circumstances or naysayer in the way.

Haha yeah lor also don't bother about those naysayers or people who don't appreciate your help. I think one need to take a view of the property market - whether moving up or down - and act according to one's own judgement. As long as don't flame others or have malicious intent and spread untrue news to talk up or talk down the market or specific development then it is okay.

Hi sorry no offence but I think I saw a semi D along the same row as yours posted by Jeff Yap for RM 1.2m. As we all know Jeff Yap asking price is normally RM 200,000 more than what the owner is asking so the semis @ Nusa Idaman should be valued @ Rm 1m.. If you are willing to lower your price, you might be able to load it off.
