I own V@summerplace highest floor, duplex ,as the furthest unit can see seaview from Singapore all the way to the ferry terminal the zon as my living room are all windows.
Im thinking of letting go as my grandparents still prefer terrace house..

Supposed to have received mine. But due to some hiccup, the cheques were not banked due to our account was dormant, and our bank did not inform us. The cheques were sitting in the bank for more than 6 months! Talking about M'sia bank service!

Btw, when did you sell your house?
