Probably because got more unsold condos than landed, for amounts < RM 1 million? If I recall correctly, the directive just refers to all high rise developments approved before 1 May 2014, which means landed properties are left out of the equation.
Buy a larger sized corner terrace or corner cluster lor? Should exceed RM 1 million for most well-maintained areas.
