less space for locals and more for foreigners?

I'm sure most of the buyers of any condo built there will be foreigners.

Actually the trend is escalating in the last 2 decades-as the best real estate are bought by foreigners while locals are squeezed into smaller and more congested HDB's.

Its time to vote in a new govt and introduce measures like at lest at least 50% of all residential developments must be sold to locals(meaning citizens).

I hadn't lost mine there but I know some buddies of mine who did.

I also have fond memories of that place: I was there watching on tv live when Roberto Carlos scored THAT free kick. I was there when Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls won the NBA finals. BBQs, cycling, swimming and marathon mahjong sessions.

It's all land grab, plain and simple. It doesn't matter if HDB does it or some condo developer does it.

Open fields where kids can run free and play football or fly kites are becoming extinct.

You need to build more accommodation for Population White Paper, and to prop up the Ponzi economy through continuous construction projects.
