I believe it has opened a new restaurant at Sentosa near the casino entrance. Paradise Classic.

Previously it was another restaurant, can't remember which one.

Why not give cash equivalent? Let the employee decide if he wants that watch or not.

Because of the difficulty in securing a brand new Rolex many models can be sold for a price above a new one.

However the ones shown in the video look like 39mm or 40mm Oyster Perpetuals which are more readily available so the employees would be best advised to keep them in mint condition for a few years and then sell them at a profit.

Sounds like it was a problem with shithole country China rather then a company or restaurant itself. In China, even the safety and hygiene standards of McDonalds are suspect.

Rolex should sue them for cheapening their brand. Now, even waitresses and the cashier aunty walk around with a Rollie on their writs.

Many of these watches could end up in the pawn shops. Money invested in unit trust could earn better returns.

It is not uncommon for companies to offer rewards or gifts to employees who have worked for them for a certain number of years, and the Paradise Group's decision to give out Rolex watches to employees who have worked there for 10 years is an example of this.

While some may view this as an extravagant gesture, it is important to note that employee retention is a critical factor for the success of any business, and offering incentives to long-serving employees can help to foster loyalty and commitment. Additionally, the cost of the watches may be considered a small investment in the company's long-term success if it helps to retain valued employees.

It is worth noting, however, that companies should also ensure that they are providing fair and competitive compensation and benefits packages to all employees, not just those who have been with the company for a long time. While rewards and incentives can be a useful tool for retaining employees, they should not be a substitute for fair and equitable compensation practices.

Ultimately, the decision to offer Rolex watches as a reward for long-serving employees is a business decision that each company must make based on their own values, priorities, and financial situation.

I can't agree with you. If you spend money on a high-quality watch from a good brand, you can always sell it and get your money back. There are many good stores ready to buy such watches. I was lucky to sell luxury watch in New York at a good price. I found this source www.bigwatchbuyers.com and visited the store when I was on a business trip. Great place. And I'm going to buy another watch that I'ld like to wear. In my opinion, this is a good investment among other things.
